Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-11 ibon Return Code Self-Service Guide

  • Log in to our website and go to Order History.
  • Select the order and click Apply for Return.
  • The system does not allow selecting individual items; simply return the items you wish to send back.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank account information for the refund.
    For all other payment methods, the refund will be issued directly to your original payment method.
  • Once the system approves your request, a return code will be sent to you via SMS and email.
  • Visit any 7-11 store, use the ibon machine, choose the Return Service, enter the return code, and proceed to ship the package.

2. 7-11 ibon Return / Exchange Instructions

  • Each order is eligible for one free return or exchange service.
  • For full or partial returns where the remaining product amount falls below the free-shipping threshold, a NTD 80 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • If a partial return causes your order to fall below the discount threshold, the discount will be revoked.
    Example: Original order total NTD 2,000, after 5% off = NTD 1,900. If one item worth NTD 590 is returned, the remaining total becomes NTD 1,410, below the discount threshold. The NTD 100 discount will be deducted from the refund → 590 − 100 = 490 NTD refunded.
  • Returns must be applied for within 7 days after receiving the item(s) via your online order page. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
    ※ If an exchange is still required beyond 7 days, you may visit any DA CHENG BRA physical store within 30 days for exchange only (store exchanges do not offer refunds).
    ※ Please refer to “In-Store Exchange Process” points 8–11 before visiting.
  • Due to hygiene considerations, underwear bottoms, invisible bras, shapewear, and white lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
  • The 7-11 return process typically takes 7–14 days. Delays may occur during peak logistics periods — we appreciate your patience.

3. In-Store Exchange Process

❗ Please complete the Online-to-Store Exchange Form before visiting the store.

❗ If you choose a weekend or public holiday for exchange, please make an appointment in advance on a weekday (by 6:00 PM on Friday).

  • After submitting the form, you may visit the selected store on the appointed date for a quick and easy exchange.
  • Please bring the product(s) in brand-new condition with original tags attached, and inform the store staff that it was purchased online and you wish to exchange the size or style. Exchanges must be completed within 30 days.
  • If the exchanged item is priced lower than the original purchase, no cash refund will be given.
  • Before visiting, we recommend calling the store to confirm stock availability and appointment time to avoid waiting or unavailability.

4. Overseas Customer Return & Exchange

  • Overseas customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
  • If import duties or taxes are incurred upon return to Taiwan, they will be charged accordingly.
