In-store Pre-order & Exchange Policy

Please read the information below carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the store where you made your purchase.

1. Pre-order Items

  • The exact arrival date cannot be provided. Pre-order items require a longer waiting period; thank you for your patience.
  • If the product encounters color discrepancies, design updates, defects, discontinuation, or if you no longer wish to wait, pre-ordered items that have already been paid for may be exchanged or converted into store credit.
  • When converting discounted items into store credit, the process must be handled at the original store of purchase.

2. In-store Exchange

  • Please bring the item in brand-new condition with tags intact, and complete the exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • If the exchanged item is of a lower price than the original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded in cash.
  • To avoid waiting or item unavailability, we recommend calling the store in advance to confirm item availability and service times.
  • For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged once sold: underwear, adhesive bras, shapewear, bra extenders, and white lingerie items.
  • Products that have been altered or individually adjusted (such as size or pattern modifications handled by our company) are not eligible for exchange.
