Overseas Ordering

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, and Malaysia. When placing an order, please select “Overseas Region” and choose your location accordingly.

2. Payment Methods

We provide the following payment methods for overseas customers:

• Credit Card Payment: Recommended for Hong Kong, Macau, and other overseas customers.
  Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay.
• Google Pay: Pay using linked credit cards — convenient, secure, and fast.
• Apple Pay: Pay using linked credit cards — convenient, secure, and fast.
• PayPal: Another online payment method, available exclusively for overseas customers.

3. Logistics & Shipping Fees

Shipping Methods: SF Express and EMS Express International Postal Service.

Hong Kong & Macau Shipping Fee:

1. Order amount NTD 1–1,999: Shipping fee NTD 100.
2. Order amount NTD 2,000 or above: Free shipping.

Malaysia Shipping Fee:

1. Order amount NTD 1–2,499: Shipping fee NTD 250.
2. Order amount NTD 2,500 or above: Free shipping.

4. SF Locker Pickup

SF Locker pickup is available. Please include the locker code at the end of your shipping address.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Overseas customers may request returns or exchanges; however, all round-trip shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

If you will be visiting Taiwan, you may exchange items at our physical stores. Please contact customer service in advance to arrange the exchange.

6. Delivery Time

If all ordered items are in stock, delivery may arrive as quickly as 1–2 days, and generally within 3–4 days.

If any items are out of stock, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm changing the color or style, and your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
